Southwest Behavioral Health Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable Part-TimeHuman Service Specialist to join our team at Horizon House West, an all-women's residential substance use treatment program in Cedar City, Utah.
We are actively seeking graveyard staff, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for overnight work. Graveyard shifts are typically quieter, allowing opportunities to work on homework or study once client needs and program responsibilities have been met.
In this role, you'll support women on their recovery journey by helping with daily activities, providing encouragement and accountability, maintaining a safe and positive living environment, and assisting with program operations. Every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Horizon House West is a residential treatment program serving women. Due to the nature of the program, this position is limited to female applicants as a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ). Applicants must also be at least 25 years of age to meet agency vehicle insurance requirements for transporting clients.

What You'll Do
- Support clients in their recovery goals
- Monitor client activities and ensure safety
- Transport clients to appointments and recovery meetings
- Assist with daily living needs and program activities
- Complete documentation and shift responsibilities
- Work closely with counselors and treatment staff
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients
Schedule
Part-time position with current needs for:
- Graveyard shifts (12:00 AM-8:00 AM) (highest need)
- Weekends
- Swing shifts
- Holidays as needed
Graveyard shifts receive an additional $1.00/hour shift differential.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
