Performs a variety of complex secretarial, clerical and records maintenance duties as needed to expedite the delivery of services and programs provided through and coordinated by the need of the clients and public that we serve. Southwest Behavioral Health’s Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) is now expanding and is hiring for multiple clinician positions. Clinicians will provide stabilization services to individuals in the community that are experiencing a mental health emergency or substance abuse issue. 

The positions are 7 days on 7 days off with a partial work from home option. You will also get additional pay through a monthly crisis work stipend and rotating after-hours coverage. As part of your position, you will work closely with law enforcement, EMTs, 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, St. George Regional Hospital, as well as other community partners. During your mobile crisis work you will also have the support of another crisis worker that responds with you at all times. Use the helping skills you already have and learn more on the job.
