Southwest Behavioral Health Center's vision is to help build communities in which citizens enjoy lives free from the stigma and disability of addiction and mental illness. This position requires approximately 8-10 hours per week for evening medication monitoring per day. Hours are from approximately 5:45pm until 8:15pm. Shifts are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and rotating Fridays. The primary duties of this position include providing medication and medication monitoring to adults with mental illness. Service provided to clients at their residence and includes reporting out-of-base-line occurrences to the case management team. Weekly, staff meetings are held on Wednesdays from noon to 2pm and helpful in completing tasks needed for the position but not mandatory.

We are looking for a master's level mental health therapist to work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages two (2) to eighteen (18) years old, along with their families in providing individual, family and group therapies. Preference given to therapists with understanding of Filial/Play Therapy, CBT, MI, DBT, EMDR, TBRI, TF-CBT, Seeking Safety as well as an ability to use and implement family therapy modalities.

Prior experience as a behavioral technician, CNA, or in other social programs preferred as this team member will perform a variety of entry level duties as needed to provide residential support, skills training and case management services to adult clients in Mental Health / Substance Use Disorder crisis. This position requires that employee be able to respond to medical / behavioral emergencies quickly and effectively, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced work environment. Shifts are either day (7am - 7pm) or graveyard (7pm - 7am). Graveyard shifts have a $2.00 an hour shift differential. Greatest need for day shift availability! Work is typically performed during business hours, Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm ,with some flexibility to work evenings and weekends for special events.

Looking for a flexible 19-hour a week commitment with most hours being worked between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
