Looking for applicants interested in part-time or on-call work with experience interacting with those impacted by substance use disorders and/or mental illness and easily connect with this population. Prior experience as a behavioral technician, CNA, or in other social programs preferred as this team member will perform a variety of entry level duties as needed to provide residential support, skills training and case management services to adult clients in Mental Health / Substance Use Disorder crisis. This position requires that employee be able to respond to medical / behavioral emergencies quickly and effectively, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced work environment. Shifts are either day (7am - 7pm) or graveyard (7pm - 7am). Graveyard shifts have a $2.00 an hour shift differential. Greatest need for Day Shift availability!

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch. Position includes an excellent benefit package (medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, retirement/URS pension, 401k match, etc.). Driver’s License and High school diploma or equivalent required. This position primarily answers phones, schedules appointments, greets clients, accepts payments and is responsible for data input in our electronic health record as well as coordinates intake appointments, processes prior authorizations of services, and assists with referrals.


Part-time Prevention Specialist will primarily work with youth and assist with other coalition related duties to promote positive lifestyles, reduce and eliminate drug use and other risk factors that lead to anti-social behaviors, and follow evidence-based practices to engage community leaders, organizations and agencies in uniting their prevention efforts. Prevention services are aimed to impact the general public as well as business, religious organizations, health agencies, public safety departments, school districts, and others, regarding such relevant issues as alcohol and other drugs, suicide prevention, parenting skills, and life skills. Looking for a flexible 19-hour a week commitment with most hours being worked between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
